These terms are between you and Dependable Lift Rentals, Inc., a Wyoming corporation (“Dependable Lift Rentals”). They summarize how cancellations and refunds are handled for equipment rentals booked through this website.

This page restates terms set out in our Rental Agreement. If anything here differs from the signed Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement governs.
