Work Shift Billing
• One work shift = 8 hours usage
• Usage over total work shifts in billing period accrues additional charges
• Work shifts can be used any time during the billing period
• Overage billed at: 1/8 daily rate, 1/40 weekly rate, or 1/160 28-day rate
Transportation Surcharge (TSS)
• Fixed component: 12% (permanent)
• Variable component: 0-20% (currently 11.5% as of Jan 2026)
• Total current rate: 23.5%
• Applied separately to delivery and pickup fees
• Based on national diesel prices, updated monthly
• Only charged by select vendors
Rental Protection Plan (RPP)
• Optional 15% fee limiting your liability for equipment damage
• Deductibles: $1,000 (equipment ≤$25k) or $2,500 (equipment >$25k)
• Whichever is less: deductible or 15% of repair cost
• Can be waived with proof of insurance
• Exclusions: theft, mysterious disappearance, intentional damage, operator negligence

Processing Fees (3%)

Sales Tax
• Calculated based on delivery zipcode

Refueling Charges

Cleaning Charges
• Customer responsible for excessive dirt, concrete, or paint
• Cleaning fee schedule varies by equipment type
• Prevention: Clean equipment before return
• Charges added to final invoice
Lost Keys/Remotes
• Replacement cost for lost keys, key fobs, or toll transponders
• Delivery/recovery fees if applicable
• Administrative fee applies
• Charges added to final invoice
Dyed Diesel Penalties
• Customer responsible for all fines, penalties, and damage from improper fuel
• Use only approved fuel types for on-road equipment
• Dyed diesel prohibited in on-road vehicles
• Violations may result in significant fines
Damage & Repair
• Customer responsible for all loss or damage from any cause
• With RPP: Deductible apply with limitations
• Without RPP: Full repair cost
• Damage must be reported immediately
• Invoice sent promptly upon assessment
