1. Base Rental Fee
• One day = 1-8 hour shift (over 8 hours accrues additional charges)
• One week = 5 shifts or 40 hours (over 40 hours per 7 days accrues charges)
• One 4-week = 20 shifts or 160 hours (over 160 hours per 28 days accrues charges)
2. Delivery & Pickup Fees
• Based on drive time from nearest yard
• Discounts up to $100 may apply
• Select vendors add fuel surcharge (12.5%-32%)
3. Rental Protection Plan
• Optional 15% fee that limits your liability
• Can be waived with proof of insurance
4. Processing Fee
• 3% service fee
• Covers credit card processing, environmental compliance, and administrative costs
5. Rush Fee (If Applicable)
• Up to $75 for deliveries within 48 hours
• Priority scheduling for urgent needs
6. Sales Tax
• Based on your delivery location
• Applicable state and local laws
• Some vendors are tax-free

Understanding Your Charges
Work Shift Billing
• One work shift = 8 hours usage
• Usage over total work shifts in billing period accrues additional charges
• Work shifts can be used any time during the billing period
Delivery Discounts
• Many yards offer automatic discounts ($25-$100)
• Applied at checkout before payment
• Helps offset delivery costs
Transportation Surcharge
• Select vendors add fuel-based surcharge (currently 23.5%)
• Applied separately to delivery and pickup
• Based on national diesel prices, updated monthly
Rental Protection Plan
• Optional 15% fee limiting liability for equipment damage
• Deductibles: $1,000 (equipment ≤$25k) or $2,500 (equipment >$25k)
• Can be waived with insurance
